A much awaited follow-up to Mr. Beast by greatest band ever come from Scotland...Mogwai..really can't wait to listen how it will sound...Brian Brainchild again will corrupting my not-so-young-mind with his super genius guitar work...any chance for them to came to Malaysia shore...pls....Mogwai have now given a tracklisting for new album 'The Hawk Is Howling', after recently announcing its name and accompanying EP.
For UK fans, a September 22nd release has been set, so a 23rd street date for the U.S. release is likely. Ten songs will appear, including 'Batcat' - the lead single from the EP we told you about a few weeks back.
Mogwai recorded 'The Hawk Is Howling' at Chem19 Studios in Hamilton, South Lanarkshire, Scotland with producer Andy Miller between September 2007 and March 2008. Gareth Jones (Clinic, Liars) mixed the recording at Castle of Doom Studios in Glasgow.
